« The Jazzy 6 loved the accommo- dations and the kitchen was great. Stocked with seasonings, coffee and tea. Marykim was a wonderful hostess. She had our golf cart delivered to Idol Hour and our Smith Island Strawberry cake was in the refrigerator waiting for us. We loved Idol Hour and would stay again. « Our stay was wonderful. Cottage is beautiful and so close to the ocean. The view from the screened porch was breathtaking. I was very impressed how clean and organized the cottage was. Anything we needed was there plus extra touches: s'mores kit, popcorn etc. I can go on and on. Communication with the manager was great, response to any questions were answered immediately. All of this together made the most pleasurable stay. I highly recommend renting this property. Edyta »

« Pictures were extremely misleading. The area rugs were VERY dirty, the floor was uneven and the grass and weeds were about 8-10 inches high. The view was very nice but NOT worth the money we spent. »

« Waking up to the rising sun on the Bay was spectacular. So peaceful and rejuvenating. Make sure you checkout out Calvert Cliffs State Park too. You’ll get a workout on the multiple trails and a beautiful shoreline at the end to find some natural treasures!! Sunshine Cottage was well equipped and clean as a whistle. Beds were amazingly comfortable too. Hosts Rhett and Kay couldn’t be more responsive to inquiries. Overall great experience and would recommend for a lovely getaway. Thank you!! ...

« Property was exactly what we were expecting from the listing. It was perfect for our family of four to get away for needed time together away from the normal. Beautiful setting on the marsh. Saw a ton of water birds, owls, and many bald eagle sightings (including three separate eagles at once). We went in January, and the highs were mid to low 30s. It was cold, as we expected it to be, but between layering up and the 4 separate plug in room heaters provided by the host, it was the right...
