« Very nice place for a family weekend getaway. Owner responded quickly to questions. Very private which is important because we have 4 loud sons. House was in nice condition with many games and entertainment for down time. »

« We were looking for a place to unwind and relax for the weekend. It was perfect! Rob was the penultimate host. Rob even made us breakfast the morning before we left. The wildlife in the area is great to watch as well. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area. »

« We LOVED the property! So conveniently located to everything.When you book your stay, be sure to check out neighborhood restaurants (The Busy Bee , and the Boathouse BBQ) for excellent local food. »

« Every year my cousin and I get together to celebrate our wedding anniversaries, since we got married 3 weeks apart. This place was a perfect location, with a beautiful view. The host was wonderful and the house was very clean. We enjoyed fishing in the pond. What a great trip! »

« Beautiful historic home. Very clean, very comfortable. A/C works great, luxury bedding and inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out was a breeze. Highly recommend & will stay here again next time we visit Marietta. »

« We had a Christian retreat with six couples! Plenty of room, a Beautiful house and such an enjoyable weekend!! The kitchen was well stocked the porch with hot tub was awesome. The movie room amazing!! We would return for sure. Simply a beautiful property! »

« What a perfect place for us all to land for a family wedding (not far away at Sivua Gardens in Caldwell). Six bedrooms and multiple levels made it comfortable and spacious for everyone. The firepit was a great feature and we enjoyed having a grill, too. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« Size was great for the two of us parking was easy 25 ft from the door and the cottage was very clean. Not a bad walk to downtown 12 minute walk to shops and restaurants. »

« Very nice place. Asked the owner to get in a little early because our fishing trip for the day was ruined by rain. They were very accommodating and let us in a couple hours early!! »

« The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here. »
