« The house worked very well for our needs. Plenty of room. House was easy to find. The neighborhood is working class but felt very safe. Enjoyed the park across the street. Was surprised that the kitchen and living room were on the second floor but that was not a problem for us. It was nice to eat our meals on the balcony. Winchester was central to areas we wanted to visit. A lot less traffic in Winchester than in Lexington. A short drive to Walmart and Kroger. »

« This home was adorable. Absolutely perfect. We stayed for the Railbird music festival. Was the perfect distance. In a nice area. The home had everything we needed. There was an issue on my part but the hosts were more than understanding and accommodating. We definitely use again as well as recommended. »

« We hosted 20 guys for a golf weekend during March Madness and loved all the sport options. Everyone had their own bed and the setup was great for a big group. »

« Very clean and cozy. Julia goes above and beyond for her guests. Even fresh baked cookies and a stocked fridge and pantry! We loved visiting the horses and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. »

« Beautiful home and property! Beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Beds were comfortable and hosts were easy to communicate with. »

« We were in town for a long weekend to celebrate our granddaughters first birthday and this home was perfect for us, we were close to family and close to downtown Cynthiana. The home was very welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners were very hospitable and easy to communicate with.The attention to detail really made us feel at home. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will feel at home the minute you pull up to the house. »
