« Our stay at Villa Rosa was wonderful! Upon arrival, we was very pleased with the house and the space! The house and the pool was very clean as well! The property accommodated our family reunion and the family gave great praise for such a great pick !! We look forward to returning to Villa Rosa Estate! »

« This stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised. While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel. « Terrible experience. Me and a group of friends were scheduled and confirmed to stay here on New Years Eve and was in contact with the owner beforehand. The day of NYE I was never contacted on how to enter the home even though myself plus members of my group reached out to the owner multiple times, and so we had to last minute change our plans.
