« Wonderful place to stay if going to Busch Gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. Hosts were always available if you needed anything. The view of the James River sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee in the morning was awesome. »

« The hosts are awesome. Would highly recommend them. The suite was clean, well stocked, and perfect. It had all the items you will need. Communication was great, and we would definitely stay here again. The beach is private and not crowded, they allow use of their beach chairs, kayaks, and other items. Could not ask for a better place to stay in the Norfolk area. »

« This is a beautiful property located inside Kingsmill Golf Resort. There's lots to do on-site. The condo itself provides for a great getaway for couples. Ample room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy your coffee outside in the morning or a glass of your favorite beverage in the evening outside on the patio overlooking the fairway and green. »

« As usual, we loved our stay. Clean and spacious accommodations and my grand children loved the amenities. The weather was rainy but we still had the option of the indoor pool and movie theater. We travel from LA to visit grandkids and stay at the Kingsgate every 8 weeks. Love it. »

« We had a great time at Chic’s Beach. The house was perfect, the view is really terrific and the noise from the bridge was minimal in the house. There is so much to see in the area and this home provides a great launching point for both beach and sight seeing activities. Our host was great, very responsive and was genuinely interested in making our stay perfect. If we return to Virginia Beach, we will definitely stay here again. »

« Parking is terrible - we had 2 cars I had to pay to park the entire time I was there - 60 a day. It should say 1 parking spot. Host knew there would be 2 cars bc I inquired after I booked saying my brother his wife and nephew was coming. House was dirty. Carpet on the steps was stained, rug in family room was stained. No accommodations for small children - gates or high chair - nothing. Doors would not all lock. Terrible couch. Aside from the master the room downstairs was tiny, several things...
