« Our stay was very nice, hosts were great and gave us a list of restaurants to try along with food shopping stores. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and since we're in our 70's the walk in shower in one bedroom was a plus. We especially appreciated that we could take our furry best friend ( Oscar) our 11 year old doodle with us. We'll definitely plan a trip back to Kingsmill condo but next trip a little later in season when it's a bit warmer. »

« Overall it was a great stay. The check-in process was as smooth as I would have liked (and the communication overall was a little tough because it is two different phases - rental through Evolve which was totally fine) and then check-in and stay through owner of property and that wasn't great. I just didn't feel it could be counted on, but I did manage to get an earlier check-in time approved, which was nice. The other issue is the listing doesn't make clear that you cannot use the Kingsmill...

« I stayed for two weeks as I started a new position in the area and this was a near perfect space in downtown Richmond for that time! Super quiet in the building and little traffic from other tenants. Really cool and unique building that was within walking distance to good food and a couple breweries. Apartment had all the space and amenities to setup for the two weeks. I did not cook much but having the full size appliances especially the fridge was nice. It was definitely a little loud...

« The host, Matt, was absolutely great communicating and helping with everything we asked or needed. The property was perfect for what our family needed. The only exception was that the handicap bathroom did not have a raised toilet nor safety rails for the toilet. The location allowed easy access to Colonial Williamsburg and other points of interest in the area. The staff at the resort was always gracious and helpful, and the resort amenities were enjoyable. We will definitely want to stay there...

« We love staying at this property.. plenty of parking and very secure. All bedrooms are clean and good size. There are plenty spaces for 7 of us ( adults)..
