« One of our better stays on Nantucket. The home has been recently fully renovated and has everything we needed for our family of 5 (3 adults, two kids). The kids played in the large back yard while the adults enjoyed sitting by the firepit and we loved spending a gloomy weather day watching Jaws on the new huge TV inside! The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Location wise the house was great for popping into town or going to one of the nearby beaches like Surfside. ...

« A lovely, comfortable, beautifully decorated cottage! Great location! I use a cane/walker and was easily able to walk to the historic downtown area easily. If anything, the owner undersells the inside of this property! There are TWO beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a king bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor grill area is very small and there is no water view, but everything else was better than expected. »

« Really valued a last minute and quick getaway on Nantucket. Time & Tide was close enough to town and the grocery store that you can walk easily. We enjoyed meals in as well as appreciated restaurants close by. Spent time in the nice private backyard and also had a space to park a car should you need one. »

« Mike was very hospitable! Property was Nantucket lovely: sunny; open floor plan; clean; and in a small community setting with a 1 mile walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. There were lots of towels/beach chairs/beach toys and close to Millie’s and Madaket Beach with great bike paths. Enjoy! »
