« We stayed to visit our kid in town. The place was in a perfect loaction...live music at the LaurelThirst Tavern, great beer at MigrationBrewery, and wonderful Haitian food at TapTap. The space was well furnished, but be aware it has the bare bone basics for the kitchen. Coffee, and acouple of spice jars. No toaster. I hung out on the front porch and enjoyed the coffee and reading. No back yard access as noted. Great neighborhood amd Stay! »

« Tucked quietly away in the perfect spot in Hawthorne, close to great coffee shops and restaurants. The tiny home was clean, cute and ideal for two travelers who want to get a taste of what it’s like to live in East Portland. The property even came with a co-host Kitty who likes head scratches and cuddles in the hammock. »

« What a wonderful house! Terrific location for the inner west side, convenient to all attractions, incredible view. The house was spotless and very quiet. Our host responded to a question within 10 minutes and the beds were heavenly. I could definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants the true Portland experience. »

« Relaxing place to stay in a great location. This was a terrific place to stay-clean, comfortable, easy access to public transit-and a beautiful garden, too. Every detail was thought of, and our family of four adults enjoyed hanging out here. We are normally much more on the go, but one of us sprained an ankle before we got here. So our hiking time turned into games at the outdoor table surrounded by beautiful blooms. We still got to explore the city and Multnomah Falls, but there’s so much more...

« What a lovely little oasis near everything anyone would want on their first trip to Portland (and to any other trips to Portland! Lovely interaction with the hosts at Stay in My District, who were very helpful. Clean, bright, and with all of the amenities a couple (or a single) would need - comfy comfy just fight bed and bedding, small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, hot plate, and toaster oven with all of the utensils anyone would need to prepare and enjoy a meal right in the...

« We had a great time in this house. It had almost everything we needed. The kitchen and laundry were stocked. The beds were comfortable, however dressers in each room would've been great to store clothes that don't need to be hung. We ended up having to keep most of our clothes in our bags/luggage. Otherwise, the overall stay was pleasant. The location was prime as it centered around the attractions that we went to. We highly recommend this house for its cleanliness and location. »
