« Hotel was nice and well kept. Staff was nice. Had an issue with having housekeeping come during our stay but not a huge deal. The hotel was nice and quiet which was very nice. Not a knock on Marriott but really the concern is with downtown Portland. The homeless population was rather abundant especially at night. The area around the Marriott was much better controlled but a block in all directions it changed drastically. For this reason I could not recommend anyone stay in the downtown area...

« A colleague and I stayed at the Hilton for a conference that was held on location. $60/night for parking is outrageous, especially because there is no other overnight parking in the area! Two conventions were checking in at the same time, with only one valet on staff to park. There are only 4 public elevators for 23 floors.
