« We had a wonderful 5-day getaway at the River Perch! The three kids spent hours on the river each day, we went tubing and kayaking, we got to see our dog enjoy her first real swims, and then we got to relax in the very cozy, very clean house with the beautiful front porch view of the Cacapon. Glenn made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a trip away! »

« Great stay! Game room was crucial during the two days of rain we had. Deck gas fire pit was great as were the stocked propane tanks available to us. Hot tub was clean and working. 85” TV was spectacular. A couple fans didn’t work but luckily it was borderline freezing when we went
hahaha. All amenities were stocked and ready for us. Thanks for the TP and dishwasher tabs. Those are rarely included. Thanks to Kyle and Paul for having us. We will definitely consider this cabin again for our yearly...

« This house is very nice. Very comfy & quaint. It is definitely a 1 bed 1 bath. Even tho a 1/1, it was spacious. I really appreciated how clean everything was. The house had a kitchen and washer/dryer and appeared very nice. The neighborhood is very quaint. Loved Nutter's, of course. We knew that the bedroom was upstairs which for most people is ok. However, my husband with both knees replaced could not navigate the very narrow and pretty steep steps to get upstairs. And therefore slept...

« My dog Autumn and I had a very comfortable stay. The neighbor to our right had dogs and they would be off leash when let out. There was no fence. Because my dog is reactive to other dogs,I had to be extra cautious when taking her out for potty. »
