« We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location. »

« Nice ground floor of house in South Zanesville. Well decorated, old house with many nice newer features. Bathroom and kitchen well appointed and very clean. Host obviously thought about what guests would like. »

« Family reunion. We actually rented both cabins. Postives; Rustic location with nature immediately outside your door. Conducive to family time and conveniently located to grocery stores in the area (travel time about 30 min each way). Our group numbered 29 and included infants, toddlers, along with young adults and mature individuals. We enjoyed being able to gather for family time. « Loved staying here! The property is just as advertised. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfy, and the location is great. I did have to sweep the kitchen floor when I arrived but other than that it was clean. I would stay here again. »

« Our group of eight friends set off from New Martinsville, WV aboard a pontoon boat, cruising the Ohio River toward Marietta. We docked at the Marietta Boat Club, and from there, it was just a short walk to The Buckley House—perfectly located in the heart of town.The timing couldn’t have been better. « This property has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Plenty of space, items in the kitchen, comfy beds. I did not realized there would be people under us due to the separate unit. I also wish the water pressure was a bit better. Overall this was a great place and would stay again for sure. »
