« This home was a nice place for our family to stay in the Washington DC area. The Silver Springs location is close to the Beltway, 16th Street, and the Silver Springs Metro stop making getting to DC attractions easy.The owner communicates very well. My wife has several allergies and the home was cleaned well and my wife had no issues during our stay. »

« Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. The location is great, close to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a short drive from the Metro station, we took the family for a fun day at the museums and monuments in DC...

« The property was as described. It's small but had all amenities we needed! It's close to a bus stop which made using the public transportation system very simple. We checked out a couple great locally owned restaurants that were nearby as well! »

« Home was well stocked for a multiple day stay. Lots of small touches to make us comfortable. Good, safe neighborhood. Could walk to metro station in 10 minutes. Owner offered us a parking pass if wanted to drive to the metro. It wasn’t a big deal, but we were surprised how loud the air conditioner was when running. It drowned out the sound on the tv. »

« We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much! »

« You could tell from setting foot on the property how clean our host kept the place. Communication with the host was great, and he was very friendly and responsive.
