No problems with entry. The instructions were clear and accurate. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed plus some extras to make us feel welcome. « This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. »

« The host was great. The house was great. The location was great. We really enjoyed the bonus space downstairs and the hot tub. The darts were a huge hit with the kiddos. We are even thinking of renting it in the summertime as well. I would give this visit 5 stars, but while the house was mostly clean, it smelled of mildew when we first walked in and was due for a deep clean.
