« Great location cleaning service was super nice was able to leave luggage at house before check in time plane arrived early so we didnt have to carry luggage around answer to question was prompt only thing waa shower heaad in one bathroom would not stay up and shows they have a grill on site but that has not yet been replaced everything else was great »

« The inside home was great. Furniture clean and new. Beds were comfortable. Pretty clean except for some mouse droppings in cabinets. Screened in porch furniture was nice but actual porch needs a good wipe down. Was pretty dirty. Pool at main house needs alot of help. Loungers mostly broken tiles missing, algae growin on grout in pool and black looking mold around edge. People at main house thought it was their private pool so that was awkward. « This house was very nice. Everything was in good working condition. This is a very nice place. It's in a beautuful park. It has all the emenities that are listed. We had enough so we could preare meals. Beautuful scenery, pool and hot tub. Very strict rules for the park, so perhaps not appropriate for a busy family with young children. Also, there was a registration fee, that I did not see when I booked the reservation. »

The sheets and pillows had blood on them and looked like they had not been washed, there was a lot of dust and floors were not vacuumed properly. The bathrooms had hair on the walls.
