« What a beautiful cottage in the heart of downtown. With limited parking, having our own place to park off the street was an added bonus. And it is so close to everything that walking was a great option. The house was cozy and clean and very accommodating. It was well stocked and the hosts were great to work with. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Best place to spend vacation ! Whe will be back soon ! Thank you »

« This is the first time we visited and we loved it, we came for our anniversary this year and it was great, the location allows you to visit all the keys and plan Key West trips easily, we stayed at cottage #5 and it was very cozy and welcoming, it was clean, you have access to the pool using the back door and a porch using the front door, very comfortable. Our favorite part was the dock, it was so peaceful watching the sunrise and hanging out, just make sure to use LOTS of sunblock , we'll love...

« The place was exactly what we were looking for. Dan did a great job communicating. The location was fantastic. Across from Hanks and around the corner from Duval street. »

« *Budget Property* We stayed in Cottage #11You get what you pay for, but owner doesn't show much care for the experience. The Good: -AC worked (but you couldn't set it below 75F or it would freeze over)-Refrigerator worked and was clean-Water was hot for showers (but only hot, could not cool it down for a sunburn)-No shared walls with another cottage-Coffeemaker and stove worked-Dock area nice for sitting out (but you may feel like your being watched, fish-bowl)-Pool (we didn't use it, again...

« Host was very responsive when we reached out and the place had everything we needed. The dock for the boat was very easy to get in and out of and we had plenty of room for the trailer. The place was also very clean. »

« The cottage was clean, the kitchen and bathroom looked much better in the pictures, the cupboards and shower were old. The location was great for access to Key West and Marathon activities. The pools and ocean access were great. »

« Exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. Appreciated the extra location for the boat trailer. »

« The host was informative and cordial. The cottage was clean and comfortable. »

« Great Location. Restaurant or B&B behind our unit and workers coming in and out, so there was a lack of privacy. The fencing in the units is transparent anyway, which does not allow for much privacy either. The Host company was very accommodating allowing us to leave bags at their company until check in and check out. The location is great and very close to everything. Overall clean and decent value for location and villa itself »
