« This particular room hidden behind the rum saloon was delightful! Plenty of towels, a refrigerator large enough to hold our bottled waters and leftovers, a very comfortable bed, and a cute sitting area to watch critters peeping in or you watching people walking by. Theres a coffee shop conveniently across the street or you can walk down Duval to Circle K for cheap coffee or make it in your room with the Keurig. The short walk to the south point marker makes it very convenient! »

« We definitely enjoyed our stay very much. But when we contacted the property manager because we lost the code for the lockbox who was very condescending didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. Probably won’t stay again because of that. »

« Very clean and well equipped unit. Yes, you do hear & see planes but the guys actually enjoyed watching them from the balcony. Plane noise not an issue. Pool & hot tub are great. Location not walking distance to anywhere but the quiet area was appreciated. Use DB taxi for great service. Water damaged flooring could use work. Bathroom on left had issues with shower - water either cold or hot. Could use another chair in living room. Overall, a good experience and would definitely stay there again....

« Excellent stay! The property was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect—within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive.. The attached bar gives the property a good vibe. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again. »

« Property was in a great place right on Duval street. Great street location and fun vide. Parking is an issue. Very hard to find free parking spots. Parking was super expensive, so plan ahead for parking needs. »

« My only complaints about the Quiet Poor room was the noise level and room temperature. Walls were paper thin and our small window unit did not cool the room down well. Other than that great location and cute room! »
