« Communication was great, but the room was not clean. The sheets had black hairs everywhere. As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. Just a new room in a totally different building, and my circumstances it wasn’t an option. If it was actually cleaned and had clean sheets it wouldn’t be a bad place...

« We had such a great stay here! The place has so much history and character, it’s one of those spots that just feels special the moment you walk in. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into keeping that charm while still making it comfortable.The hosts were awesome too. Super friendly, quick to respond, and really easy to communicate with the whole time. They made everything simple and stress-free.Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a unique place to stay. 10. Cozy Apartment in Ypsi with Wi-Fi

« We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

« Located in the heart of charming downtown Saline, the apartment was steps away from our favorite restaurants. The minimal furnishings did not make for a cozy stay, but it was clean and full of natural light. I would definitely stay again. The professional management team was very responsive with communications. Be aware that you must carry any luggage up 20 steps of an outdoor metal staircase leading to the second floor. Charming historic building for able-bodied guests. »
