« The property is dilapidated the toilet was broker in my room they couldn’t contact the maintenance man and didn’t have another available room which considering the state of the property I would not have accepted. I booked another room in dundee and am staying here currently this was extremely disappointing »

« We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel....

« This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Very clean. Rooms were wonderful. Property was excellent. Great area to walk. The bed was so comfortable. So quiet and breakfast was great. Will stay here again. »

« Pool was not open so kids were a bit dissapointed, but we found things to do in the area instead. Overall decent stay! We had a 2 bedroom which turned out to be 2 beds in one area and 1 in another room… but it worked out for our family of 7… »

« Check in was a breeze and the staff here are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The room needed work, the carpet at the threshold from kitchenette to room was worn with fraying and the tack strip was showing with sharp points. The security lock on the door was jammed and would not lock. The pool at the hotel was horrible, dirty and didn’t appear to have any chemicals. There was rust around the pool stairs in the deep end. »

« Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. »

« This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B.
