« All employees were so wonderful and accommodating, waterpark was a fun time for all involved, would book with this property again and again just on customer service alone! Was looking forward to breakfast that wasn’t included, so just prepare ahead. Expedia however didn’t have current operations hours posted on their site and took away half of our promised experience. Thank you to the staff at Splash Universe for a great time! »

« Everything was fantastic at the hotel. The only issue the toilet would plug and you would have to wait and then it would go down. But this hotel is very quiet. And you are able to sleep. Enjoy your time. »

Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee. »

« This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B. « Brenda was a very responsive and helpful host. The waterfront cottage was absolutely spotless - and so well appointed with everything we needed for a weekend get-away. It’s a wonderful spot to watch herons, Canadian geese and other water birds. Best of all we saw a bald eagle soar right in front of the dock on our last evening! »
