« Location and neighborhood got a 1 star only because it listed the property off of Williamsburg road, about 12 miles east. Which also ties into the accuracy of listing. Which was the appeal. The location ended up working out just fine, but was a little disappointed. Cleanliness was overall great, but there was an ant problem. Through the house! Kitchen counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. They didn’t pose too much of an issues, but they were noticeable. »

« We recently stayed on spider Lake 16 miles outside of Traverse City. We stayed in unit 10 which was comfortable but minimalistic, depends on what you are looking for. This unit did not have a very good view of Spider Lake, If you’re looking lmto be on the lake, you may want to look at one of the other rental units there. The furniture is lower to the ground and semi comfortable. There are no closets at all. We were there for a week and I like to be able to hang my clothes and was unable...

« Property was exactly as described. Gorgeous lakeview on the deck while drinking morning coffee. We stayed in September and it was quiet a nice reprieve after exploring the surrounding areas every day. It is close enough to Traverse City to enjoy the area and retreat to solitude. The communication was outstanding. »

« The size of the retreat was perfect for us even though we had a bigger group. It perfectly housed all of us and the location is insanely beautiful. Host was awesome and made sure we were well taken care of before we arrived! »

« I did the iceman bike race and needed a place to stay. The location was amazing. The finish line and after party was at timber ridge campground which was less than 5 minutes away. The drive to the start was 25 mins at Kalkaska. Great location for any iceman participant. Beautiful setting on spider lake. Quit and relaxing especially for a crazy race weekend. The rooms were clean with good facilities. Really enjoyed our stay. »

« Beautiful condo. Very clean, many amenities. Great centralized location for sister & I. Dog & I used walking trail every day. Close to bakery, Edison Market & bank.Neighbors were friendly & kind. Smart TV not our favorite choice but manageable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! »
