« The house was clean, close to downtown, and close to the lake. We enjoyed our stay. However, I was charged a $1,500 hold that was not disclosed in any of the descriptions or in my checkout total. It maxed out my credit card and 10 days after staying here, I still have not received the refund. This is also the first time I've ever had to reach out to the host for instructions on how to get into the property. There were no light switches, so we used our phone flashlights almost the entire time....

« What a treasure this place is! Spacious, comfy beds, room for the family to all gather around in the kitchen or living room, stocked kitchen and a warm welcome from Liz! We enjoyed walking to the beach and enjoying the beauty of the neighborhood. 10/10 would absolutely stay again. « The house was very clean, the extra locks on the doors and the security signs in the yard made it feel safe, the host was very helpful, replied promptly and checked in often, the back patio, the pool table, and exercise equipment were nice additions to stay. « Delightful, walkable neighborhood-Sat farmers market, many restaurants and shops. Home exterior needs some TLC, I had to clean front porch, but nice to have screened area. Interior was nicely updated and clean with plenty of supplies. Large laundry. Bedrooms and bath are upstairs and were comfortable and roomy. I suggest replacing Living Room seating - couch springs broken so could not use. And side chairs well worn, not comfy.Wifi/Roku good. RoomAC units helped with humidity. »
