« House is warm and welcoming but old. You are just out of cell phone range with a hotspot. They have their own weather antenna piped directly into the den, and the solar, game room, fireplace is beautiful. Expect ladybugs in winter plaster cracking and recliners with the wood reinforcements broken. The hot tub is just a jet bathtub. »

« This place is amazing! It is huge! We had 19 people and didn't feel crowded at all. Not only was there a great room for all of us to gather, but other nooks for smaller groups. And the kitchen table seats 18 people and has 2 refrigerators. Although the weather was cold and snowy, River House was cozy and warm. Host was very quick to respond to queries. Grocery store really close by. »

« We stayed at the Eagle Spring Farm House for my son’s graduation from Penn State. The house is beautiful and the property expansive. Nice large kitchen that is fully stocked with everything for a dinner with family and friends. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and with nice towels. A truely unique property! »
