« I had a great stay at the Hickory House in Dayton's South Park neighborhood. This is a perfect rental for a couple, though I was solo this trip. It's an older home but fantastically restored inside with brand new kitchen and bathroom, so has elements of vintage charm with modern conveniences. Access was simple with keycode lock. No on-site parking but street parking right in front of house was pretty easy. Excellent location for those visiting their kids at Univ of Dayton. Walking...

« We absolutely loved our stay here. This house was just as pictured, which doesn’t always happen! It was so spacious, relaxing and beautiful. The location is perfect and I would absolutely recommend anyone coming to the area to rent this place if they have a large group! The decor was awesome!! »

« Location close to the University of Dayton, which was reason for trip. Host responded quickly when I had a question. House was clean. Parking was on the street, but was always able to get a spot close to house. »

« immaculately clean, very comfortable and well equipped. If it were slightly warmer we would have used the great outdoor space a lot! Close to the thrift stores and antique shops we came to visit. Would stay again »
