« We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again. »

« What a great space!!! Looks just like the photos, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed!!! The host was so kind and fast to respond, she even ordered a new dvd player so we could binge watch our favorite show from the library while we were there!!!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!!!!!! »

« The condo was very clean. we walked down to the lake and to the town from the condo. The scenery and facility was very pretty! We drove into Meridith and did some shopping …what a cute little town with everything! Great help from the hosts with some instructions on the tv! « Went to see Chris Stapleton for 2 nights. Love this unit. It is clean, comfortable, and has been recently updated. I will always try to book it in the future. Great location and lots to see and do. I changed the reservation numerous times and everyone was so helpful! »

« The place was easy to find and close proximity to Skiing at Gunstock Mtn. The place was clean and easy to access. Own parking space which would be difficult to locate if snow was covering the ground as number was only painted on the pavement on the ground! Shower has good pressure and clean towels were plentiful. Kitchenette had stove, microwave, refrigerator, and small pizza oven. Living room was good size with wifi and Roku TV. Bed was clean and comfortable. Balcony was safe and nice view. A...

« Everything went fine. The check-in process was totally on me. And the only thing was I took it as it was a 2 bedroom, which it ended up being totally fine. I guess if need be the couch pulled out. But it ended up just being 2 of us staying there, so it was all perfect, thanks so much. »

« New hampshire is so nice especially in autumn with beautiful colors. The appartment is great, fully equiped, calm and perfect for 4 adult or a family, close to Meredith where you fînd many good restaurants. »

« This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. »

« Great location just a few yards from downtown Meredith. Walk to everything. Lakefront view. We stayed in the upper 2/1. Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. Basement access for washers and driers ($1 but he has a working change machine!) Modern appliances. Cons: stairs would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. « The owner was exceptionally interactive (in a good way) with me between scheduling and assuming the rental. The rules and such were clearly articulated in advance, and provided not less than 24 hours prior to arrival, and a book was provided with instructions and area familiarization pamphlets. The rental sits on the second floor. A cypher lock made entry and exits an easy task, but auto-locks within 10 seconds of opening making it highly secure for single travelers.
