« The condo was very outdated, not much in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. Owners were great, location really good. Overall, a good place to stay for a quick trip with kids. »

« Condo unit was very clean and adequate to serve as our home base for a Thursday to Sunday visit to Lake Winnipesaukee! The units are a little older but the check in was easy, everything was there in the unit, it was clean, the communication with renters was excellent! The pool and area where the grills are is very nice and clean. Everyone at the property was super friendly. Central location. Would stay here again. Great Visit! »

« The condo was basic, comfortable, and met our needs. The location is great and view is beautiful as we looked out onto the lake. Above the master bedroom, the ceiling seemed to be very thin as we could hear the people walking and it was very loud. Additionally, the hot water ran out about 5 minutes into the first person's shower. Even allowing it time to warm up, it would do so again. I appreciated having the cooking supplies as the kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were adequate for average size...

« The queen size bed was awful.It was hard to sleep. It goes into the middle, so when you have two people sleeping on it, you are rolled into the middle, it was very uncomfortable. I had to clean the coffee pot, but other than that, it was a good stay. I just wish we had a better mattress on the bed. And thank you for everything. Kristina »

« First vacation in Laconia, NH and the location of our condo made our visit much more relaxing. We were near everything from beach’s, boat rental and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The people are so friendly and we will definitely stay here again! Ps great pool too »

« I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available »
