« Most dangerous environment for a family. Cabin was remotely located with no electricity and indoor toilet. Photographs posted do not do justice. I paid in full but after looking in person chose not stay because of safety, security and privacy. Staff was friendly. »

« Originally wanted to use this space as a large scale cookout for family & friends after getting eloped, however Allison was nice enough to let us view the property beforehand to make sure it's what we were looking for and we fell so in love we decided to make it a small backyard wedding/cookout afterwards and it couldn't have been more perfect! Everyone was in awe of the property. We're already discussing a plan to come back in the fall! »

« This was a special and memorable venue for our wedding ceremony and reception for 40 guests. The host was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The views of the mountains during our ceremony were breathtaking and our guests all raved about the peaceful and beautiful setting. After the ceremony, we had brunch in the attached sunroom where the views continued! Our extended family gathered the night before and enjoyed games and darts in the large living room. « Our stay at Lake Farm House was absolutely awesome! It was the perfect getaway for our family of eight. The house was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, making it a welcoming retreat for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—truly, it had it all! « We went up to this area to do some skiing at Mount Sunapee. This cottage is close to the mountain, We wanted a dog friendly listing. This was perfect for our 3 labs and their crates and 3 adults. The mud room entrance is awesome for keeping the cottage clean and storing ski/snowboard boots. The cottage is beautifully decorated (like out of a magazine) and seems “like-new”. « We traveled to NH to see the ice castles and have a mini winter cabin experience and this fit the bill perfectly. All the comforts of home but also that rustic feel. No Verizon cell signal is nice for a change - but WiFi keeps you from being stranded too. Thanks for a great place to stay! »
