« This was a quiet area with great location. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and they even had a crock pot. The dining room table worked out great for family style cooking. The living room was very cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor privacy fence was great although back yard is not well kept. « A wonderful experience in Franklin! Perfect rental for our family of six. Every need was considered & perfectly executed by the host. Excellent location for easy travel to downtown, Westhaven area, Cool Springs, & Leipers Fork. Highly recommend! »

« We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! « Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My family loved everything about this property. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and featured a comfortable king bed for a good night of slumber. The kitchen was well equipped and so pleasant to work in and sit at the bar to eat and visit. Our favorite was the sunroom and the ping pong! Location was perfect for our family close to grocery store, and Franklin shopping. Heather and Josh were great hosts both available and responsive! So thankful for...
