« This cottage was so very comfortable and charming! The special touches were so appreciated, k-cups, welcome box with soda, popcorn, water. As a person who likes to cook dinner, I found the kitchen had everything I needed. Although we did not have an opportunity to have a fire in the fire pit, we appreciated the wood rack filled for our use. « We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little blue house. It is well furnished with a completely equipped kitchen. Peaceful water views. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. »

« Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. »

« The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed including a kettle which was very welcome for making tea. The nearest big grocery store is about 3 miles away. The property is in a very attractive area a short walk to shops, beach and water side attractions. The whole area is very attractive. We stayed 4 nights and regretted we hadn’t stayed longer so we could enjoy all the area had to offer. »

« This listing says cottage but it's an apartment. Be ready to go up stairs to get into it. The kitchen is small but fine. Everything works, but it's not especially well equipped for cooking. The coffee maker does not work. Our checkin was delayed for about 40 minutes when we arrived and we had no where to stay while waiting for our apartment. Wi Fi was very weak in the apartment and TV is like a hotel where there are certain channels available but no way to sign in to your own streaming accounts....
