« Outstanding property in every way. Nice touches with coffee pods and creamers, a snack basket, the views, the spacious rooms, the left over containers. However, the communication through VRBO with the property manager is a joke. The only reply I got was "all clear" over and over again. The communication directly with Melissa and her team was great. Our recommendations would be: Tell VRBO they need to redesign their "you have a message from Melissa" page, Don't wait till the day of the rental...
