« I usually don’t post reviews about hotel/airbnb stays. But this stay was excellent. Way above my ecxpectations. The place was clean, cozy and it had a great view of the lake. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the phoenix area and I would recommend to my friends and family! »

« As an owner of a vacation rental and a very frequent traveler, I have a pretty high standard for short term rentals and this one checked all the boxes. This apartment is so well equipped I would like to give it more than 5 stars! It's nicely decorated and all furniture is comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. Incredibly clean! Public spaces are immaculate - pool sparkling - parking reserved - gated community. Walk to grocery store and restaurants. Flexible...

« Great condo. The one bedroom tv needs to be turned on, etc at the set. The remote wouldn't do it, as far as we could figure out. We couldn't regulate the temperature for the air conditioner. The owner responded when I would text or call. That was nice! It was very sufficient for our stay. »

« Lovely stay at this bright and clean home away from home. Plenty of space to spread out for a week and enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, or wine at night. The pictures convey exactly how the home is beautifully decorated. Communications with the host were great as well. Just be sure to note the building side is on North Parkway Avenue as the Maya complex is huge. PS. Sprouts and Starbucks are nearby too. »

« Easy check-in, condo was clean & well stocked. Host was very responsive when I unfortunately got locked out of the condo, code fix wasn’t working & she responded within 20 mins with a key, leaving it behind as an emergency back-up for the remainder of my stay. Ice machine is down the hall at entrance, didn’t use the pool or laundry room but the patio was very comfortable, allowed for sun & cool shade. « Property was just as described/pictured except there was a brand new red leather sectional. Very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and warm. Overall a very nice property. »

« Property was immaculate and just as pictured. Thoughtfully appointed with the kitchen stocked with condiments, spices, and coffee tea. The enclosed patio always stayed about 20F cooler than the outdoor temp, so we spent mornings and evenings there. Fun to watch the ducks, geese, and neighbors saunter by.Neighbors were friendly and helpful.Owner and representative are available to answer any questions when needed. »

« The condo was perfect for our visit to Scottsdale. It’s so close to Mayo Clinic, great restaurants, Phoenix Open course, Musical Instrument Museum - too much to list. Host was super responsive. And the condo community is really quiet with some nice large shade trees. We will definitely stay here again »
