« Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves. « The studio was clean and set up nicely. The bathroom was a nice size for a studio and the shower was roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bikes appeared to be in good condition(we didn't actually use them) as were the beach chairs. The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect. »
