« The host was very fast to respond and let us check in early, which was nice. However, the whole place felt very dirty. The extra bed looked like the sheets had not been washed, and the extra blanket was rolled up in the closet also looking like it was not washed. There was no extra toilet paper and the lighting in the kitchen was terrible. The towels all felt like they haven’t been washed in a while. The whole place felt like it definitely needed a good deep cleaning. Would not recommend. »

« Very clean, new and updated. The owner does not return any messages until days later. Also this studio is lacking severely in supplies that a VRBO should offer. Example, one set of three dishes, no paper towels except an almost empty used roll. Three bath towels. No extra toilet paper, and only one extra kitchen garbage bag. No bathroom garbage bag. Beautiful backyard area and nice private entrance. I had to go shopping for the basic supplies an ordinary hotel room offers that this place...

« Very clean one bedroom apartment. Everything appeared to be new and in great shape. We had problems with the AC unit in the main, but we turned the second unit on high in the kitchen and kept the bedroom door open. It allowed both rooms to cool to a reasonable temp. The owners would have sent someone, but it was getting late and we made it work. I would rent this place again, although I thought the price was a little steep for what you get...the bonus is Chick-fil-A is literally around the...

« The place was nice and clean. We did have some issues with the internet during our stay, though I assume this isn’t typical. I was also a bit affected by the noise from people walking in the main house above, which was noticeable—especially when trying to sleep past 8 a.m. I wouldn’t recommend communicating with the host through the VRBO app, as I didn’t receive any responses. »
