« We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch! »

« I'm a bass fishermen and rented this adorable home to fish Lake Oneida. I was traveling solo and it was perfect for me but would also easily a partner should I have brought one. The home has an awesome view, great neighbors, great parking for my truck and boat is less that 10 minutes from the ramp. Will definitely try to rent it again on my next visit. »

« Group of six Seniors traveling the Erie Canal Bikeway. The Verona Beach house was perfect for us. Everything we needed, and it’s size allowed us to spend more time together. Communication with Tanya was easy, Quick and clear. Would stay here again when in the area. »

« We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. « Beautiful location located right next to the Cove with its own dock located right in front of the patio. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and beach side. It absolutely smelled fresh and clean just as you walked in. And we enjoyed the neighborhood friendly cat! He was a plus. »

« We loved our stay. We booked the house to use for getting ready for our wedding and to relax for a couple days after. When we checked in there was a minor bug issue outside that the owner promptly came over to take care of and it was clear for the rest of the trip. He also came to help us out when we discovered a propane tank was empty, he switched it out and had us going in no time. The house is amazing, my mother commented about wanting to buy it just to have that view out the front window...

« We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. »
