So very convenient for us since we had 3 kids playing and needed to be near to run back and forth between games. The property is an old but very comfortable farm house and had all the amenities we needed for a week. »

« This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks...

« This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. Plenty of room to spread out- very clean and updated decor, very welcoming. I went into a few of the other rental houses our team stayed in and this one was by far the nicest! Highly recommend! »

« Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended! »

« This house was wonderful! Perfect location, extremely clean, amazing amenities and the owners even allowed us to have a small team gathering. We stayed here while our children spent the week at Dreams Park and this was the perfect place to share a home with other families and there was plenty to do for everyone. The owner was extremely caring and very responsive to any questions that we had before and during our stay. We had a wonderful week at this home. »

« Our stay was perfect , absolutely welcoming . House was clean plenty of room for my guest and celebrated my mother’s 61st birthday. Not far from the casino . Beds are very comfortable, immediately walking into the homie vibes of taking the shoes off is a plus for me , the smell of essential oils .
