Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The game room and fishing ponds were a huge hit with my two sons who weren’t playing at Dreams Park, and they provided endless entertainment for the whole family when we weren’t at the fields. Rabbit Run is truly the perfect place for any family visiting Cooperstown—we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Perfection! I rented this property for my family while I was coaching my son’s team at Cooperstown dreams park. The house was immaculate & beautifully appointed. The grounds are breathtaking, the fish ponds stocked, the finished game room above garage a huge added bonus. The host was an adult accessible and incredibly friendly. I have rented many VRBO properties over the years and Rabbit Run tops the list! Thanks Steve

Wow!!! What an amazing home and amazing views. The views are spectacular at anytime of day/night!! I highly recommend this house. We stayed here with family and friends and watched our boys play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive is a beautiful 20 minute drive to the park. There’s a nearby grocery store, awesome deli with amazing employees, a Dunkin Donut that we went to all the time. The house is fully stocked with kitchen needs/ bathroom towels and plenty extra blankets and pillows. The A.C. works great. Steve is amazing! Very communicative and respectful! I can’t explain how beautiful the views were. A must see in person! I would give this place a 10. Great for families and friends especially wanting to watch the kids play in Cooperstown! Thank you Steve for letting us stay. We would love to come back!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home! Steve & MJ were great hosts & highly recommend their home. It was a perfect location to Dreams Park (about 12-15 mins) and also 10 mins fromdowntown Cooperstown (baseball hall of fame/shops/ restaurants/waterfront… etc!The home is beautiful with new appliances, beautiful bedding, towels etc! We loved the views & my kids loved the game room! We also loved the views of the mountains, ponds & of course seeing the rabbits run around.. Everything was perfect! Don’t hesitate booking this place.

Peaceful Cooperstown Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Rabbit Run! The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The kids had a great time enjoying the game room and fishing in the ponds! MJ and Steve were wonderful hosts, responsive to questions and full of fun facts about the area. Highly recommend this property!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Rabbit Run. We would 100% stay here again if we ever come back to Cooperstown. The house was so comfortable, beds were amazing and everything we needed was there. The fishing was great, and was a highlight for the kids. MJ was so nice and made sure everything was good when we arrived.

Magical!

This is a magical house and property! We stayed here as a family (and with another family) while our son played at Dreams Park and everyone from the kids, adults, and grandparents absolutely loved it! I am already hoping that our younger son gets a chance to play in Cooperstown so that we can stay here again in 3 years! The house is a short drive to the Dreams Park (17 minutes), which allowed us to easily come back to the house between games and cook meals. The house is completely stocked with anything you might need and it very much feels like home. The ponds across the street have tons of fish in them and we fished them just about every day. I brought a fly rod, but they also had some rods and tackle there as well. We enjoyed watching all of the wildlife as well. We saw deer, chipmunks, birds, geese, turkeys, ground hogs and more. It’s a wildlife paradise! Book this house, you will not regret it!

Fabulous Farmhouse!

Property was exactly as described - loved it! Great location to stay if family/friends are playing ball in Cooperstown or just for a relaxing vacation. Stephen, Mary Jo and their family were welcoming and always available if we had a question. Wish we could have stay longer!

Simply Beautiful

The property, home and surrounding areas were so very beautiful. The pictures on the posting don't do it justice! It was a very short ride (15-minutes) to both downtown Cooperstown as well as the Dream Park. The hosts (MJ & Steve) were super accommodating and very easy to deal with. The plants and gardening around the property were stunning. If we go back to Cooperstown this is where we will stay. Thanks again MJ & Steve for such a wonderful trip.

We had the BEST time. This house was something out of a movie. From our morning coffee with the deer and chipmunks to our evening BBQ and all the birds and bunnies. My grandson just loved our walks on the property. I can only imagine how stunning it would be in the fall, we didn’t want for anything the house was completely stocked down to having a beautiful crib. Everything was perfect!! We hope it’s still available when our other grandson goes to Cooperstown.

Incredible experience and property

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Rabbit Run. From the breath taking property to the charm of the farmhouse and the incredible games barn, we were blown away. It was hard to leave!! Highly recommend staying here.

Great space

We had an amazing stay in this amazing farm house. Plenty of space and comfy beds/bedding. Nice and cool after soon hot days at the fields. It was a perfect place to stay and will book again when we return next year!!

Relaxing!

Property is beautiful and relaxing! It is a within a close distance (maybe 15 minutes) to both Dreams Park and Cooperstown but far enough away tucked in its own private landscape for some quiet and relaxation. The fishing ponds provided some great fishing and the game room was a hit with the younger family members. Definitely would recommend this property to any Cooperstown visitors (especially families). Rabbit Run is adorable! MJ is very welcoming and responsive. Loved spending time in the yard playing wiffle ball and at the ponds fishing. Game room is top notch- kids had a blast and the dads enjoyed it too! House is immaculate and has so many nice touches to make you feel like you are home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rabbit Run. The home and property are beautiful and so peaceful. It was a great retreat after a long day at Cooperstown All Star Village. Attention to detail was perfect and the home was extremely clean. My teenage boys loved fishing in the ponds and hanging in the game room! Would highly recommend! Steve and MJ are excellent hosts.

Wonderful place to stay for Cooperstown Tournament week.

The location was about 15 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park which was pretty good considering some of our team had to stay over 30 minutes away. The game room was amazing. The boys loved having an air conditioned space to hang out and cool off in when their coach gave them an afternoon off. And rom what I've hear, having air conditioning in a rental house is a luxury! It was much appreciated. The house is well equipped in the kitchen. And the property is incredibly peaceful! The kids loved trying to fish. This was a great property for 2 families to share also. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Memories galore

If you are here for Cooperstown or just a break from busy life…. Chose this home!!! The owners Steve and MJ are the most wonderful hosts ever. We are so thankful for the memories that we’re created here during our sons Cooperstown experience at Dream Park. 15min away was an easy drive. Lots to do with your family and friends. We enjoyed fishing in the evening and playing in the beautiful game room above the barn. Anything you need it’s pretty much there. Thanks again Steve for our conversations and MJ for checking on us and making sure all is good. My kids and baseball family really enjoyed our time there. Scott

Amazing home

This was a beautiful home and place to stay for our stay while there for our Cooperstown visit. We stayed with another family. The kids loved fishing and had a wonderful time in the game room. Great away from it all location. - 15 minutes to Dreams Park. Clean and owners responsive. Only one bathroom on second floor with 4 beds - a little crowded but we made it work! Kids caught lots of fish! And lots of open area.

Rabbit Run Farmhouse... Magnificent!

This property and the hosts far exceeded our expectations! We have traveled to Cooperstown for baseball before with our older son and the rental we stayed in, as well as all of the houses our friends stayed in, seemed a bit old and run down. This little farmhouse is just precious! Their attention to every little detail and the cleanliness of the property was evident the minute we walked in. The only downside at all that I can possibly see for some is the 12 minute drive in to Cooperstown Dreams Park, but we didn't mind being out in the countyside at all, and it was quite refreshing and relaxing to head back out there after a day at the ballfields. The fishing in the tanks was fun as well! Really can't say enough positive things about the property, and we'll definitely be staying there again if we return. Highly recommend!
