« The. Property was great, liked little cafe was good spot to eat. There was not a lot of places to eat. »

« The owners worked really hard to make this a nice place. It looks great on the inside with lots of nice updates and touches. The location is perfect for walking to downtown and the AT. Be warned that it is a duplex and it's easy to hear the people next door. I would stay again. »

« I give this property A Not only was the host (Scott) a wonderfully considerate host but he was truly interested in getting to know us and share his knowledge of the surrounding area. The "Mushroom Cottage" sits right above a tributary of the French Broad River and it was awesome listening to the sounds of the river while on the deck. The property could not have been furnished any better. We lacked nothing. Cannot wait to return! S.M. »

« The small Homey Cottage was perfect for our weekend weeding in Madison County. The location right near downtown Marshal was an easy walk away. The mouuntains and scenery is breathtaking in the whole area. If your plans have you going this way, i recommend staying here and spending time with the Good People of Marshal!! »
