« We had a wonderful stay at the Meadmore cottage on Hartwell Lake. The property is beautiful. The cottage is so clean and decorated nicely. We had six adults and my thrèe year old granddaughter. The cottage is safe for children and has three full baths. The owner, Doug is so nice and very accommodating. We could only stay two nights due to prior scheduling. « Super comfortable beds and bedding.Great layout.Loved the Christmas decorations, especially the chicken tree topper. Since it was so cold, we were glad for the fireplace and the Dyson heaters. It was so cold in the house when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to inquiries.The kitchen had to be cleaned before we could use it. Bring your own water for coffee/tea. Lake water is wretched. »

« We rented this property for the weekend of Rock the Country in nearby Anderson, SC. The property is beautiful. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. There is a gravel road leading to the house. We had a easy check-in and the owner is very quick and responsive to messages/concerns. The hot tub was big and clean. Easy walk up and down to the boat slip.
