« Overall amazing place to stay »

« This house was perfect for our family's stay in Kansas. It was wonderful to have our children and grandchildren all under one roof during our trip. The house was beautiful and practical at the same time. The location just off of 75 highway made it very easy to access. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was amazing! The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Two dining spaces was perfect for our group. « A beautiful place to stay and reconnect with family. »

« Clean, cozy, comfortable. Kitchen had all the right pots and pans needed to cook dinner. Towels and laundry baskets in each bedroom closet. Three off street parking spots and plent of on street parking. Two of the off street spots are covered. Great front porch for relaxing outside on a big couch. Beautiful house plants and landscaping. »

« Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. »

« The house was just as described. It was clean and decorated very nicely. We felt very much at home. It was great having the park right across the street. It's really nice that older kids can play at the park, and you can watch them while you relax on the front porch. It would be nice if the City of Emporia would put up "Kids at Play" and "Speed Limit" signs around the park. We would definitely stay again! »

« Easily slept 14. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the fire pit. »

« Very handy location for our family of 8 to go out to the lake several times a day. Easy drive back to eat back at the cabin. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, very cold AC, hot tub, quiet neighborhood, grill, and TV.It was decorated so nicely and was clean. »

« We enjoyed another visit to the lake front house with our family. This was our 3rd or 4th visit and each time we are thankful for Charlene's hospitality and the time at the lake. »

« The house was fantastic. Pet friendly. Kitchen was stocked. Super clean. We love it! »

« The house is lovely-wood floors and beautiful windows. The star is the large front porch which catches a breeze even when it was hot outside. The beds were super comfortable and we had a lovely stay. »

« Our host responded quickly to messages. The property was clean. It was easily accessible. There were plenty of resteraunts nearby. There were games and outdoor disc golf that the kids enjoyed. It was a great place to stay while we were away from home. We would stay again. »
