« The location of the loft is ideal. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was terrible, we had dirty bedding, hair and stains on sheets and comforters. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, you can truly feel the springs on the bed when you lay down. They don’t provide any cleaning supplies as a broom or mop, they did have a vacuum that had no suction. The stains on the carpets in living room and bedrooms was truly disgusting, especially if you’re traveling with younger kids that usually play on the floor....
