« The room felt dingy and dirty. The carpet looked filthy, even had duct tape holding it in place across the threshold. The bathroom was OK, clean but could use a good scrubbing. I will not choose to stay here again. »

« First room they gave us had no door lock. Deadbolt did not work and the ball clasp lock above was broken. Had to get a different room which was a non smoking yet smelled like smoke. Pool was dirty. Would not stay again nor would I recommend. »

« Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place...

« I loved the property!! When walking into the elevator, it still smells new. Staff super helpful and friendly, the facility was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby was also a very nice touch. We arrived quite late and water was cold and fresh and attendant gave us a room on the side of the building that we could see our vehicle from the room. « The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch. »

« It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move. »

« Stairs into the property are very long and steep. Some travelers may find this unacceptable. Room was nice and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioner noise was welcome as trains go by nearby. A few things could have made the experience better: a sponge and paper towels in the kitchen area, a bigger shelf in the bathroom and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
