« This is my second time visiting and using Crown Point. I highly recommend them to friends and family for their Ruidoso getaway. The staff is sweet and understanding and if they can try to check you in sooner, they will, they’re communicative and responsive. I have never had an issue with my stays and housekeeping keeps things well stocked. The view is incredible! Can’t wait to go back! »

« Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions via messaging! Unit was very convenient and close to many places we visited. The unit was clean, and coffee, water bottles and chips were available for our use. While we really enjoyed our stay, a towel rack in one bathroom upstairs was broken and there was no detergent available for our use of the washing machine--minor issues. Overall, we would definitely stay again! »

« Great location!! Lots of room for the family, and nicely decorated. Nice game room, but didn’t really use it much. Only complaint is that there was dog hair in the beds, rugs, and all over the floors. Dog food was left under the couch and love set in the family room on the 3rd floor. I do understand it’s a pet friendly rental but my dogs don’t shed so not used to the dog hair everywhere. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. « One of the rooms has a door that doesn't close properly. So there was no privacy ..And on the other room the kids were staying so when my wife and I found out about the door it was already late at night . I like the grill that it was ready to use. . It will be nicer to have a propane heater as well outside in the porch.. other than that everything was good »
