« I had a bad experience. I found my shower broken this morning and don’t have time to wait in maintenance to come. It would not turn on and the handle broke off. There was no soap at the sink and the body wash I tried to use instead was empty. The kitchen aspect of these units has really been cut to an absolute minimum making them kindness. »

« The host was super attentive. The house itself is a little off the beaten path, which was exactly what we were looking for. There's an outdoor firepit, and indoor wood burning stove with firewood available for use. The beds are comfortable, and TVs in each room. If I go back to the Ruidoso area again, I will definitely try to stay here again. »

« Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back. »
