« This is hands down the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. We really appreciated everything about the place from the super comfy beds to the relaxing fireplace and balcony to the clean and accommodating kitchen and the windows we could open to hear the birds… lovely little place close to everything and the owner is very nice. My one suggestion would be to add some extra hooks/shelves in the bathrooms but otherwise pretty perfect place. Thank you for the serene stay! »

« Comfortable, convenient location. This was a very nice home base to spend a few days in February in Santa Fe! I wanted to be in walking distance to the plaza and be able to explore the city on foot. This worked out very well, I was able to walk everywhere, to the plaza, museums, shopping and dining. It's not a huge place but it makes up for that by being nicely decorated and thoughtfully designed. I felt very comfortable in the space, with a good bed. The description of the condo is accurate....

« The condo was really nice. It was perfect for a family of 5 with bunk beds and a fold out couch bed. Just wish the pond had been stocked as advertised. Check in/check out was a little awkward as there isn't someone in the office all the time. »

« Clean space. Fit our needs and the space was good for us. We enjoyed the deck and view. The location was good for us. Check in was easy and the space is dog friendly. The only issue we had was the smell of the water. It was a horrible egg/sulfur smell. My husband thinks they may need a new water heater and I think it just may be the complex water supply. Not sure, but something we are definitely not used to. We would stay again if it weren't for the water issue, but again it may be...

« Excellent location. The place has everything one needs. Good for two people. Kitchen fully equipped, Wifi works, washer, dryer, the works. Also good parking off street behind the house. The neighborhood seems safe and is fairly quiet for a central location. Nice bakery and very good Mexican restaurant within a minute walk. »
