« This place was perfect!! We rented it for 2 nights to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Close proximity to Lake Livingston State Park and Livingston. We also visited the Johnsons Rock Shop in Indian Springs East of Livingston. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quite. « Spent a week on the property had a great visit. House was very well appointed and fresh. The outdoor space facing the river was such a relaxing experience. This was a great find for visiting family in the N Houston area . Will definitely try to stay there again our next visit! Can’t stress enough how clean the property was inside and out ! « Warning!, Booked this property last minute within 24 hour of arrival with only 2 reviews. My flight canceled at the airport @ 7:00AM an hour before departure. Called the host to cancel my stay, and advise of my current situation, meanwhile received another phone call of a death in my family, causing another cancellation of my group of 5. « Be ready to climb a ladder parents/guardians, the queen bed is lovely, but you climb to get to it. The same with the twinbeds. Loved the bathroom and the deck, but the outdoor patio had cobwebs and the seats out front were dirty. Might help if they just keep the patio cushions inside and have guests take them out if they want to use them.
