« The host was wonderful but the property was terrible. We went and looked at it beforehand and we changed our reservations. The outside was very junky and around the pool area was dangerous for anyone walking barefooted. They need to clean up and fix around pool and patio. »

« We really enjoyed our time together in Grapeland visiting family and the festival. Our stay at the farm retreat was relaxing and enjoyable. Jim and Tonya, the owners, made us feel like part of the family as well. Everyone loved it when the adults, kids and grandkids were able to assist with the horses and donkey feeding. The house was fully stocked with everything that was needed to host a big dinner. From the cooking utensils to the eight person table and chairs, a game room table and bar...
