Loved the proximity (only a half mile walk) to the Carolina Hotel and The Spa at Pinehurst through the lovely neighborhood and village shops. Even closer to The Holly Inn and other restaurants/bars. And, of course, the golf courses. Steep wooden steps up to the accommodations. Convenient parking right at the front...

« The butterfly cottage is so super cute!! There were lots of extra amenities provided like a leash lead for our pups outside, bottled water, condiments, some food and snacks, toiletries, bug spray etc which was GREAT! The owner is super responsive kind and helpful and made our stay great! The outside firepit is wonderful but definitely use the bug spray this time of year lol! Also love how close we were to Pinehurst Golf course and Pinehurst village was AWESOME! DEFINITELY recommend this cute...

« We spent 4 nights at this property. It was beautiful!! The setting on the golf course cannot be beat...Great! The home was very clean and a bathroom for every bedroom is the best. The guys played three rounds of golf at three different Pinehurst courses and enjoyed them all. « We love Batten Cottage! Our 2nd stay…I would give it 5 stars again, but only some minor issues. The back sliding door can hardly open but the deck and view, seating is awesome. We love the location, quiet and clean. The bathrooms can use a little updating, our toilet didn’t flush well. Just little things, but overall a ton of space, we love the 2 beds in each bedroom. Hope to be back! »
