« We arrived late, at midnight. The code was not working and we called the number. The person on the other line was patient and extremely helpful. They helped us with the code and process with absolutely no irritation at all. We had a restful sleep and were out early in the morning. « A clean, safe, cozy basement apartment perfect for our family of six. The kitchen is well-equipped to simple meals and there was even a zero water filter which we use at home. The only issue I had was the listed price was significantly lower than the per-night rate upon checkout. But it was still a good rate overall for our large family. »

« I actually checked in early and yes it quick. Host was there practically before I could shut the door to make sure the unit was ready. A couple of minor things were not there like a hair dryer and wash clothes but I made do. I'm not a stickler or fussy. »
