« Clean but no A/C »

« Don was an amazing host! He was easy to contact, very kind, and considerate. The house is fully equipped for a family vacation and enabled us to cook meals. The views are gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect for the winter evenings. Lots of mule deer in the yard every morning and evening. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids and we never felt on top of each other. The house is a few minute drive to the downtown area and grocery store and about 15 min drive to an entry of RMNP. »

« The house is really cute and cozy. We have 4 kids and they loved staying there, as so did we. I love how close it is to town, we were able to walk there and enjoy the town. I reached out to the host because the hot tube wasn’t seeming to work. He had someone come out right away to check it out. Unfortunately, it wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay, but I was very appreciative on how communicative the host was to trying to get it fixed while we were there. « Great house, it was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the hot tub overlooking the river. Great communication with the host before and during the trip. Very close to town but still felt seclusion. Kitchen very well stocked for all our needs. Would definitely stay again! »
