« Cozy, CLEAN, and well supplied. Hot tub was relaxing after a day at RMNP & outdoor fireplace perfect to sit around at night. Home extremely well maintained. Had no need to call Linda about anything, her instructions & advice were clear and spot on. Deer visited daily, bald eagles entertained us during morning coffee, decks perfect for stargazing. Many elk around town. A very relaxing, stress free vacation. »

« I have stayed at many Estes Park properties over the years and this was one of the best. Close to downtown but private and secluded on the side of a mountain. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck. Beautifully redone bathrooms on the upper levels and a huge kitchen. This was a long weekend trip for college friends and it was perfect. »

« We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. The only wildlife we saw at the house was a wild turkey sitting on the fence one afternoon. We did...

« Had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean, all amenities needed and very peaceful. Very easy access to downtown Estes and both RMNP entrances. Highly recommend staying here. Had a bear visit at night and every morning watched Wild Turkey and Mule Deer visit the River. This time of year is amazing to see wildlife in Estes and RMNP. Trip of a lifetime for my family. »

« Our stay was awesome! The neighborhood was quiet and the property was very clean, well maintained and close to downtown. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. Mike and Cindy were so nice and Mike gave us several recommendations to check out. Leah the property manager was great to work with and was very helpful. As a bonus we seen a lot of Elk roaming around in the neighborhood. Highly recommend! »

« Location was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Great communication with hosts. Property was clean and in a great central location. The only downfall was the upstairs bathroom the door kept getting stuck making it hard to get out. The beds were big and spacious but not very comfortable. All things considered it was a great stay and we would return. »
