« A really great place to stay in Ft. Collins! The property is exactly as advertised. We traveled with a couple we have known for years. Each of us were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the property. Nice king size beds in all the bedrooms. The property has lots of spices, cooking oils, and basic things you need to cook a meal without having to buy every ingredient. Would definitely recommend you consider this property if your travels take you to Ft. Collins. »

« The house was as described and pictured. It was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also, great communication from Stacy the Reservation Manager. The only thing that could be explained clearer in the description is the fact that there is no master bathroom off the master bedroom. However, that wasn't a big issue for us. We would definitely rent this house again. »

« Location was close to downtown and the house was nice. It is on a busy street. Large backyard with a fire pit and grill. Only issue we ran into was it stared garage parking available on the listing but upon arrival, garage was not available for parking. Would absolutely stay again as communication with host and check in was easy and great! »

« My son got married nearby, so his sister and I picked this spot for our downtime. Absolutely perfect! Comfortable, stocked with fresh eggs and coffee (even a brita full of water in the fridge), clean and quiet. Danny and Dee are incredibly accommodating and take pride in this little spot. If a rooster waking you up or chickens clucking around the yard aren’t for you, this might not be your spot. I loved it all. And only about a ten minute easy drive to town for food, groceries, shopping. Can’t...

« This property is in a great location, clean and well decorated, and very comfortable! The metal spiral staircase took some getting used to, but didn’t cause any problems! I love that we were able to walk to the football game, and old town, with no problems! Will definitely be looking to do this again next year for our annual football trip… »

« Very nice updated property with a great location. We stayed there for a wedding that was at a venue in the foothills. The location was great for our needs. Only recommendation would be to have more hooks in the bathrooms for towels and dressing mirrors. »

"L’hôtel est sale ainsi que les chambres. La plomberie de la salle de bain fuitait dans le WE et la baignoire. Petit déjeuner invisible. Le quartier n’est pas sur, aucun éclairage public, des gens bizarre sur le parking. Même pour une nuit, je n’y retournerais pas."
