« Beautiful new house! Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. My family of four was very comfortable with the four bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms. The home is so roomy and can easily accommodate eight. I also liked having a garage for our rental SUV. Easy access to I-25. I will definitely try to stay in Cozy Chasm Cottage again next time I'm in Loveland. »

« The house is immaculate and well provisioned… we were visiting the area for a wedding and ended up not using the hot tub outside very much because it was pretty chilly.The nicest bedrooms are downstairs but are accessed by a narrow stairway off the kitchen. Since my husband and I both have mobility issues we didn’t go downstairs…All the beds were comfortable and we hung out in the kitchen and living room. It was a lovely simple house. »

« Cute house only 15 minute walk to downtown area with plenty of eating options and shops. About a 45 min drive to Ft Collins where we visited our CSU student. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. All amenities we needed were present- coffee maker (coffee!), hairdryer, board games. Alex was excellent at communicating and accommodating our needs. »

The bedrooms were built to have no shared walls to improve the privacy factor. The beds were comfortable and even the smallest room had plenty of space. The neighborhood was very quiet!
