« Very comfortable and cozy for us. Yes, it is a small house, but 4 people could be comfortable. The bread was a pleasant surprise. I really enjoyed listening to the "clip-clop" of Amish buggies as they passed by. The yard was a nice size, although we did not use it. Washer and dryer were a bonus, too. »

« My family and I had a great stay at this property. The living room and kitchen were the perfect size for everyone to be together without crowding each other. And the foosball table was a big hit! The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook meals for 5 people, so that was nice. The beds, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable. The upstairs does stay warmer than the downstairs, so you might want to keep that in mind when making sleeping arrangements. The owner was very communicative and...

« This is our 2nd stay at the Bird House & we love it! It is so quaint and cozy! It’s secluded on a lovely farm property but is still close to town. Carol & Pete provide the comforts of home, including the best blueberry scones I’ve ever eaten! Our little Rico loves the little fenced in yard & the cozy courtyard! This is definitely a dog friendly space! We will definitely be back on our next trip to PA! »

« Had an incredible stay! The host was super helpful with the snow storm that came. They helped us stay longer and provided shoveling to help get us out of the parking lot. They had so many sweet amenities (extra snacks, waters/soda, soaps and toothbrushes). We will 100% be returning for another stay! »

« The cottage is perfect for a couple's getaway and had everything we needed. The host even left a variety of snacks on the counter. We had a small issue with the heat that we probably caused, and host came right away and left us a treat for the hassle. We did not get to use the patio area or the hot tub in back, but it is really nice spot. »
