« Great property and everything was as described. Easy check in process! Would only add to get some newer pillows as they are all extremely flat for the beds. »

« It is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. »

« Great house near the beach (host will give you ideas on how to park closer) perfect for hosting a group of friends or family! Host was also super responsive and helpful in accommodating us all for a wonderful birthday weekend! »

« This house was super cute and the perfect size for our family of four and dog. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and walking distance to the outlet mall, beach and restaurants. There were a couple playgrounds nearby that our kids loved. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and had comfy seating around a wood burning fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« Perfect location. Close to the beach »

« The location was perfect and the cottage had everything we needed as a family of 4. It does need a deep cleaning inside and out. The only bathroom is located in the main bedroom downstairs. This was not a problem for us. The host were very responsive. Overall we did enjoy our stay. »

« Very clean home and great location for short walk to beach, nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. Saw 2 gorgeous deer in backyard, mom and baby. »

« I would strongly suggest you avoid this property. Unit was unsanitary and in disrepair. Filtered water from refrigerator was yellow. Tap water smelled strongly of sewage. Dishes and bathroom in dirty condition. A know leak came from the kitchen sink drain -- obviously an aware issue since a pot was placed beneath it. A curtain rod fell from the wall which nearly struck out sleeping infant. Never received any return communication from the property manager. Lot was incredibly overgrown. »

« Our second stay at the cottage and we loved it again. Location is amazing. Short walk to the beach (I'd recommend the more public path a block down, as it is an easier walk.) We had 3 cars and no parking issues at all. House was great! 4 bedrooms so everyone had their space. Good-sized kitchen for preparing meals and it has all the pans you'd need. Dining room table easily seats six or you can sit out on the patio. Washington Park is also a short walk and you are close to the outlets and...
