« Great location and options we needed »

« The only reason this review isn’t a 1 is the location. The location of the building is great. Communication with the host was terrible. I had to reach out to Vrbo customer service twice in order to get a response. The “apartment” is in the back of the house and couldn’t be accessed by anyone with any type of mobility issues. The host was supposed to leave parking passes for the permit only parking but they didn’t bring them until 9:30 pm on our arrival date. Fortunately we were not ticketed....

« My host was perfect! She answered all my questions right away. The unit is larger than I thought it would be with all the amenities I needed. Very well set up. I would stay again! »

« Internet was horribly slow, heat was broken the entire stay and it took 2 days of arguing with the host before it was finally fixed, noise monitoring device hidden behind the tv, only one dining chair, bed was hard as a rock. overall the only reason to ever stay here is the location. »
